EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1ST, 2010, ALL ORDERS WILL NOW BE SHIPPED VIA CANADA POST, NOT FEDEX. WE ONLY SHIP TO CANADA AND THE UNITED STATES AT THIS TIME.
Please read the following information carefully with regards to payment information, shipping and handling rates and estimated delivery times. All products and prices listed on this website are in Canadian Currency, applicable to 13% HST tax in Ontario and subject to change at any time without prior notice. At the current time, we accept all major credit cards (via www.paypal.com ). All orders are shipped to the address CONFIRMED by Paypal. If you wish to pay for your order by money order, for American customers, please make sure that your money order is an "INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDER", otherwise it will be returned to you.
All web orders are now shipped Canada Post and shipping and handling information can change at any time without notice. All shipments includes a tracking number, signature requirement as proof of delivery and full insurance for value of the order.

United States (International) orders are now shipped via Canada Post

Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days for in-stock items after the order is placed. Although we try to ship your entire order at once, every attempt will be made to ship in-stock items while waiting for back-order items to arrive. We will notify you should there be more than a two week delay for out of stock items. It is possible that your order will arrive in more than one package. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate, complete mailing address and telephone number as any mistakes may cause a delay in receiving your order. Orders which are returned to us due to non-delivery, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect address provided by the customer is a FINAL SALE AND ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. Please check your complete address correctly before making a payment. Orders which are returned to us may be subjected a penalty fee of $10 charged to your account. Information Regarding Non Delivery and Returns
Orders which are returned to us due to non-delivery, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect address provided by the customer is a FINAL SALE AND ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. Orders which are returned to us may be subjected a penalty fee of $10 charged to your account.
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase; however, if for any reason you are not, simply return the items in its unopened, unused and in its original condition within 7 days upon receipt. Please email us at info@cheungstrading.com to receive you RMA Number which is to be clearly displayed on the outside of the package. Once we receive your package and all above conditions are met, we will promptly issue a refund via Paypal for the original value of the merchandise minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges ARE NOT refunded. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Please note that some financial institutions may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect these transactions.
How to return your item
- Contact us about your return so that we may issue you a RMA number and provide you with instructions on returning any items.
- Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. For speed and security, we recommend FedEx or UPS.
- Check your email for notification of when your return has been processed after you have shipping the items back to us.
