Niu Huang Chieh Du Pien

Niu Huang Chieh Du Pien is an ancient, popular and well known herbal supplement that has been used for a wide variety of diseases. It helps symptoms related to the health of the inner ear, mouth, teeth, throat, salivary glands, gastrointestinal and respiratory systems. This is an excellent formula in the treatment of high fever which may also be accompanied and aggravated by constipation. It is also particularly useful in children's fever, including those due to measles, mumps and tonsillitis.

Indications: Headache, vertigo, sore throat, gastric fever, ulcers in the mouth and tongue, dry mouth and/or throat, bleeding gums, acute ophthalmic conditions, acute dysphasia, mumps, earache, toothache, children's fever, anorexia, nausea, and skin infections such as sores, carbuncles or boils. Also relieves constipation by clearing excess heat.

The main functions of this formula are to clear heat, reduce inflammation, detoxify fire poison, open orifices and relieve pain.
